Phillip Griffin is a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, as well as a Peak Pilates certified instructor who has been helping individuals achieve their fitness goals for over 20 years. He uses various types of training methods to assist individuals to feel and look their best, as well as move their body more efficiently. Phillip's training methods have helped him achieve personal success as a fashion and sports model and in Krav Maga, a self-defense and martial arts technique. He is also certified to teach prenatal pilates.

Reformer pilates and personal training classes are tailored to your personal goals, fitness level, age, health, & habits. The Pilates studio is equipped with Reformers which accommodate all levels of Pilates enthusiasts with its unique pulley design, gliding carriage and spring tension system that creates instability while simultaneously supporting the body. Personal Training utilizes a fully stocked, professional gym to maximize the workout. The dramatic results have been proven over 15 years of training clients just like you.
