Personal Training

Personal Training involves muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility. An initial assessment will be performed to get a baseline fitness level, and then a personalized program will be designed based on your desired goals. Periodic fitness assessments will be performed to monitor progress. Personal Training will put the "personal" back into your fitness routine.
